Sunday 19th
Their had been rain during the night, but morning brought glorious sunshine. We all met up at a garage on the outskirts of Newcastle to fill up before heading along Strangford Lough, one of my favourite parts of the country and luckily for me, it’s local. After crossing on the ferry from Strangford. To Portaferry, we headed up along to the easterly point of Burr Point. Passing Cloughy and Portavogie. After a brief stop at Burr Point, we rode up the coastline through Ballywalter, Millisle, Donaghadee before arriving at Bangor. Philip and me then said our goodbyes and headed back to our homes in Belfast.
